Not only an extensive and well arranged range by a fair comparison of price and performance is important for you as a customer even a precise information on the obtain ability of the whished product is interesting for you. To provide you reliable information on the delivery of our products we linked our web shop with our logistic data bank.
Therefore all information on obtain ability of a product represent the actual information stand at the moment of indication. In fact the shown delivery times are just an indicator but do not represent a compulsory assurance of the declared obtain ability status.
Information on obtain ability and delivery time indication:
Please be aware that the information on dispatch time refer to the moment of release of an order within our order system and do not refer to the moment of ordering within our web shop. Depending on the kind of order, delivery, payment and address of delivery respectively we check every order again to provide a fast and correct handling. If the status of delivery of your ordered product compared to the delivery time indication within our web shop will change grave, you will be informed immediately.

The payment of the goods takes place by cash in advance or Paypal.

To make easier the assignment of the payment please always give the invoice number or order number respectively and your customer number as purpose. The payment by cash in advance has to be made within 14 days from receipt of the invoice. Authoritative is the receipt of the payment at STRATAGEM®. If we do not register the receipt of the payment within this period your order will be canceled automatically and free. All payments are net without cash discount or similar discounts.
We only accept other kinds of payment after previous agreement in written.
A settling of account by counter-claims which are not final is impossible.
Indication for refund:
If an order, which was paid by cash in advance, could not be carried out we will reimburse the paid amount within three working days after cancellation of the order. For authorities usual terms of business traffic are valid, payment by invoice is possible if you will confirm your order by postal service or via Fax on your official letter-head with stamp and signature.
Delivery- and shipping costs
Terms of delivery
If nothing different is agreed the delivery takes place after entire receipt of the payment. The goods will be delivered to the by customer named address.
Goods which are in stock will be shipped within 5 working days after acceptance of the order. STRATAGEM® is entitled to split up deliveries. Additional delivery costs caused by split up deliveries bear STRATAGEM®.
STRATAGEM® keeps the ownership of all goods till the entire receipt of the payment.

For all orders the following shipping costs are valid:

order within Germany 250 € - 5,95 € shipping costs
order within Germany from 250 € - free of shipping costs
Order within Europe1 - 20 € shipping costs
DHL:
order within Germany 250 € - 7,95 € shipping costs
order within Germany from 250 € - free of shipping costs
Order within European Community and Suisse – 17 € shipping costs

Delivery in other countries on request.
If the order amount will be more than 250.00 Euro the delivery will be free of shipping costs within Germany, this does not count for commercial or official costumers.
Shipments abroad/outside EC
All shipments outside of the European Community are tax exempt. So you currently save currently 7% on food and books and 19% on all other articles.
Shipping restrictions:
Important information to our foreign customers: All our articles are legal and in accordance to the German regulations. As we do not know about legal restrictions, laws and regulations in other countries we inform all of our foreign customers herewith that prior to ordering you should inquire with the appropriate authorities about any kind of local restrictions and/or bureaucratic procedures pertaining to the importation into your country. Should any of our articles be banned or subject to a special permit it is exclusively the responsibility of the buyer to comply with local laws and regulations. We cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage occurring due to the non-respect of national or local laws and regulations.
It is your responsibility to comply with your local laws! STRATAGEM® denies any liability as we are not familiar with all the regulations and restrictions worldwide.
How we ship?
The products will be shipped alternatively by DHL or UPS. Shipped via DHL the package will be insured up to an article value of 500 EUR against loss or damage. (If you wish to have a higher insurance please feel free to contact us before ordering)
If the shipments will be over 70 kg we have to engage a forwarding agency, please get in contact with us to ask for the exact amount of the shipping costs. Other shipping options as well as deliveries abroad just will be accepted after previous agreement in written between STRATAGEM® and the costumer.
Important notice
Despite all care damages at the transport might arise. Please pay attention to the following procedure:
If you receive goods please check in presence of the delivery agent if the package is undamaged external. Please let the delivery agent confirm possible damages immediately. This also counts for pollution or moistness. Contact STRATAGEM® about discovered delivery damages afterwards. If you wish to send back the goods please inform us via E-Mail, Fax or Telephone before.

Information on complaint and guarantee
Withdrawal / Cancellation
the consumer has the right to give back the good and withdraw from the contract within a period of two weeks after receipt. Authoritative to keep the deadline is the proof of receipt of the sender. To keep the deadline it is sufficient to send the good in due time to one of the following contact data.

Cancellation consequences:
In case of an effective cancellation the on both sides received benefits have to be given back and if need be received use ( for example interest ) to be returned. The good has to be given back undamaged and completely in original packing. Various ways of testing go for the use of the good. Such kind of good could not be given back or cancelled. If the value of the good will be under 40 Euro the costumer will bear the costs for return. He is also liable for the decline or the impossibility of return of the good. By deterioration of the good an appropriate value replacement has to be provided. The duty of providing a value replacement could be avoided if the costumer in doubt does not make use of the good as its property and refrains from doing everything what might reduce the value oft he good.
The replacement could set of against with the claim of the costumer.
Goods made or modified after costumers specifications as well as goods which were obtained on costumers wish and are not part of our supply can not be exchanged. For an exchange please send us the parcel at your cost, we will carry the shipping cost for the return to you. We do not accept return parcel with postage fee unpaid.
Delivery damages
Shipments with obvious damages at the packing or the content which were delivered to the costumer, have to be queried at the forwarding agent. The acceptance has to be denied or rather the damage has to be confirmed by the forwarding agent in written. Delivery damages have to be reported STRATAGEM® in written within a period of 5 days after receipt.
Guarantee
STRATAGEM® ensures that the good will be free of defects on delivery. The guarantee occurs after legal regulations. STRATAGEM® keeps the right of repeated delivery or improvement in case of fault. A replacement delivery could be denied if it is just feasible by disproportionately costs. If the improvement fails even at the second attempt or if the replaced good is defective as well, the costumer is able to withdraw from the contract or reduce the selling price. The good has to be checked immediately on defects at delivery. Discerned defects have to be announced within a period of 5 days from the receipt of the good. Delayed reports lead to the loss of any claim of guarantee. Hidden defects have to be reported immediately after they get known. If a defect occurs later then 6 month from handing over the costumer has to proof that the good was defect in the moment of handing over. Reports of defects have to be done in written. The defect has do be described precisely. A claim of guarantee will be declined for a defect which was caused by improper or above-average use of the good. The lapse of the claim of guarantee and the claim of compensation fit in the legal period.
Information on distant sales law
Information in connection with distant sales contracts after § 312c Abs. 1 Nr. 1 BGB in connection with § 1 of the decree about information duties after the civil code.
Following the legal duties we inform you as follows:
1. You conclude distant sales contracts with the company STRATAGEM® Inh. Markus Jahn.
2. The company STRATAGEM® Inh. Markus Jahn is situated in 10115 Berlin, Strelitzer Straße 57.
3. Herewith we point you at the fact that our offer in the web shop is a not binding request to order our goods. We inform you extensive about the composition of the concerned product at our website.
The contract comes about by inquiring and ordering the wished products by Fax, Mail, E-Mail in written, the shopping cart system within the web shop or by telephone.
In this we see your offer to conclude a sales contract. Your offer will be accepted by sending our confirmation of order within a period of 14 days.
4. The completion of a contract takes place under the reservation of a correct supply by our deliverers. If a part of the supply will not be available immediately it will be supplied at the moment the part will be available. In case of an unavailability of goods we particularly keep the right to withdraw from the contract. STRATAGEM® will inform the costumer immediately in case of unavailability of goods. Already done benefits of the costumer will be reimbursed immediately. In case of no delivery even in fact of an act of God a bilateral right of withdrawal exists at the end of three month at the latest. STRATAGEM is entitled to split up deliveries.
5. All prices are in Euro and include all taxes.
6. For additional shipping costs the shipping cost of the actual charges order of DHL and UPS plus packing costs are valid. Other shipping options as well as deliveries abroad just will be accepted after previous agreement in written between STRATAGEM® and the costumer. The same is valid for Express deliveries.
7. Reservation of proprietary rights STRATAGEM® keeps the ownership of all goods till the entire receipt of the payment.
8. Cancellation caution
Cancellation right
You are able to cancel your contract declaration within a period of two weeks without giving the reasons as a text by Letter, Fax, E-Mail or by returning the good. The period starts by the receipt of this caution the soonest. To keep the cancellation deadline it is sufficient to send the cancellation or the good in due time to one of the following contact data.

Cancellation consequences:

If you are not able to give back the received performance entire or you are just able to give back the received performance partly or just in impaired condition, you have to pay a value replacement. This does not count if the deterioration of the good is traced back exclusively on its testing like it would be able for you within a store.
The duty of providing a value replacement could be avoided if the costumer in doubt does not make use of the good as its property and refrains from doing everything what might reduce the value oft he good.
You bear the costs for return if the delivered good corresponds to the ordered and if the value of the returned good will not exceed an amount of 40 Euro or if you did not furnish the service in return or a contractual agreed installment at the moment of cancellation of a good with an amount over 40 Euro. Otherwise the return will be free. Shipments which could not be shipped by parcel will be collected from you. This counts only for German Costumers. Costumers from abroad please take a look at the cancellation consequences.
Duties to refund of payments have to be fulfilled within 30 days after sending your cancellation declaration.
Goods made or modified after costumers specifications as well as goods which were obtained on costumers wish and are not part of our supply can not be exchanged.
9. Please take from the web shop the period of validity of restricted offers. At the day of order the prices of our general price list respectively of the web shop will be authoritative.
